APPLICATION

WCuts or Cut Management is a CAD-CAM option that manually, semi-automatically and automatically applies separation cuts, pieces movements (if the machine has a suction system) and end cuts. Combined with WTwain software (piece photo), offers to the operators an easy tool for choosing the cut position and immediate creation of the work file. Allows you to import drawings from dxf and create a list with quantity, color, description, and vein direction, and insert the pieces into the slab manually or automatically (with the WNesting option) by calculating cutting thickness and minimizing the number Cuts and shifts.

Depending on the type of machine, it is possible to apply the work sequences that use and combine tools such as disc, drill or water jet

It manages machines with 1 or more heads considering the mechanical dimensions and automatically calculating the position, rotation and inclination of the axes by machine limits, providing a control system that automatically checks the collisions
